This beautiful three-bedroom pool home is ideally situated in the heart of central Florida in the ever popular Lindfields estate in Kissimmee, Orlando. Most importantly, it is just 5 minutes from Walt Disney World and 10-20 minutes from most other major attractions The villa is an easy drive away from both spectacular Floridian coasts.

To the west, Tampa Bay is about a 60 minute drive and you can reach the superb Gulf coast beaches in about 90 minutes. Only five minutes down the 192 from Lindfields, you'll find The Old Town - a great night of fun with go karts, bungee jumping, vintage car processions, shops, bars, eateries

DESCRIPTION

Our home is a single storey villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms with permanent sleeping arrangements for 6 people, however it is licensed to sleep 8. If required, we can organise rollaway beds or cribs for your stay.

The luxury villa has a fully fitted kitchen and formal dining area. It is well equipped and furnished to a high standard, is nicely decorated and, most importantly in the 'sunshine state', it is fully air conditioned

The separate laundry area has a washing machine and tumble drier with an iron and ironing board also provided.
