The kitchen contains separate washing and drying machines as well as dishwasher, microwave and conventional electric oven with ceramic hob and extractor fan. The family room has seating for 6 people a 32″ TV and DVD player. A patio door leads to the pool area. Pool heating is available at an extra cost.

Other features include a 2 car garage with electric up and over door, air conditioning, alarm system, cable TV, free local phone calls plus international calls when using your credit card. There is also a bed settee in the family room if required. A baby’s high chair and play pen/cot are also in the home.
