HOME PURCHASE AND FINANCE:

If you would like to own a home in Florida, or you just want to upgrade your existing vacation property then just tell us what you would prefer in terms of size location, etc. and we can help you find your dream Florida Villa. We have our own in house Florida real estate and mortgage service which can help you buy a Florida property. We will be able to offer a complete package in that we can fly you out, organise your car and accommodation, find your house, arrange your financing and fly you back home again, happy with the service we hope. All this will be done in a simple, personal and professional way
In the event you purchase a home we hope you will join the Over C Program and together we will ensure that your home is well maintained and as such maximise its potential.

As well as the extensive standard packages we offer these additional one off services to members of the program.

HOME LIFT:

We can review your home and make recommendations to enhance its look to the renter. Remember first impressions count and we can give your home that "WOW" factor. We can bring life to your kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living area. Bringing you best value for your money we will not use expensive materials but stay within a budget set by you. We show you all the receipts and all you pay for is our time.

MEET & GREET:

Sending someone to your house that's never been to Florida before? Might be senior citizens that need a friendly face on their arrival. Your guests may initially be confused about the roads, the shops, how to get about, how to work things in the house. We can meet your guest at the airport, drive them home for the first time and on the way explain about the country. We could call at the house before their arrival and turn on the lights or do a quick shop and have the basic essentials like coffee, milk or bread already in the house. We could meet them at the house on their arrival and ensure that everything is satisfactory for them after their long trip. We aim to make your guests feel as if you were there personally with them.

SPECIAL REQUESTS OR OCCASIONS:

Maybe you or your guests might be celebrating an occasion during the vacation and may require something special to be delivered to your home. Maybe you want to surprise someone with a gift. If we know what it is we can get it on your behalf or you could get it delivered to our office and we will hold it for you 'til the special day. It could be something practical like a stroller, crib or even a wheelchair. Just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate. Your happiness is our business
